Consultants
Dr. Deepa Srinivasan
Dr Deepa Srinivasan is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist and Fetal Medicine lead. She is the Lead for Fetal Medicine Services at London Northwest University Hospitals NHS Trust. She is an Honorary Consultant at Imperial College and specialises in Placental disorders and Placenta Accreta Spectrum. She is a private Obstetrician at The Portland Hospital in London and at mygynaeplus clinics.
She completed her MBBS from Mumbai university and obtained her Postgraduation in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Grant Medical College (JJ Group of Hospitals). She completed her Specialist Training in North West London and received MD from Imperial College London.
She has over 25 years of experience in the speciality and is recognised for her holistic approach ensuring wellness at every stage of pregnancy. These include optional complementary care like lifestyle tips for every trimester, guided meditation to connect with your baby, nutritional advice, perineal massage to increase the flexibility of perineal tissues, birth planning and support for postpartum recovery - she ensures wellness with natural, nurturing and calming practices. Dr. Katerina Iatropoulou
Dr Katerina Iatropoulou (Dr Kat) is a highly experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist with a special interest in Fertility, Early Pregnancy, Acute Gynaecology, Outpatient Hysteroscopy and Antenatal Care. With over 12 years of experience in women's health, she is known for her compassionate, patient-focused approach and her commitment to clinical excellence.
She completed her specialist training in Obs & Gynae in North West London Deanery, followed by advanced subspecialist training in Reproductive Medicine and minimally invasive diagnostics and surgery and research (PhD) at Imperial College London. Dr Kat currently holds a consultant post in the NHS and runs a dedicated private practice to offer timely, personalised care in a discreet and supportive setting.
Her clinical expertise includes adolescence gynaecology, painful intercourse, fertility, assessment and treatment, management of recurrent miscarriage, menopause, pelvic pain (including endometriosis), abnormal bleeding and the investigation of gynaecological concerns using ultrasound and other minimal invasive procedures such as outpatient hysteroscopy.
She is passionate about empowering women through clear communication, thorough assessment, and shared decision-making. In addition to her clinical work, Dr Kat is actively involved in teaching, training and quality improvement within gynaecology. She is the RCOG College Tutor for O&G trainees in her Trust and regularly contributes to the development of patient-centred care pathways and evidence-based practice.
Dr. Shabana Syed
Dr. Shabana Syed is a highly experienced Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over two decades of dedicated service in women’s health. Based at The Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, she is recognised for her compassionate, holistic approach and her commitment to evidence-based care across the full spectrum of gynaecological conditions.
Dr. Syed specialises in menopause and perimenopause care, fertility and recurrent miscarriage management, early pregnancy support, and complex menstrual disorders, including PCOS, fibroids, and endometriosis. She also leads services in pelvic pain management, emergency gynaecology, and ambulatory gynaecology. Her expertise extends to treating premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD) and premenstrual syndrome (PMS), ensuring that patients with hormonally influenced conditions receive comprehensive, tailored support.
Having completed her medical training in India, Dr. Syed refined her skills as a Senior Clinical Fellow at St. Mary’s Hospital, Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. She holds the MRCOG from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education from UCLH. She is also an accredited specialist with the British Menopause Society and holds an Advanced Certificate in the Principles and Practice of Menopause Care.
A strong advocate of patient-centred medicine, Dr. Syed works collaboratively with women to explore individualised treatment plans that respect their choices and values. She also offers Well Woman screening services, including gynaecological ultrasound, cervical smear testing, and routine health checks.
She serves a diverse community with sensitivity and inclusivity. Passionate about education, she actively mentors junior doctors and contributes to training in women's health.

Clinical Psychologist

Dr. Sarah Finnis
Dr Sarah Finnis is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of service within the NHS. She has extensive expertise in working with a wide range of psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, bereavement, trauma, physical health-related distress, and sexual difficulties.
She has a particular interest in women’s health and currently works as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Hillingdon Hospital, where she provides psychological therapy to women experiencing a range of complex issues. These include fear of childbirth (tokophobia), birth trauma, perinatal loss, antenatal and postnatal anxiety and depression, difficulties in adjusting to motherhood, secondary infertility, vaginismus, painful sex, low libido, and chronic pelvic pain.
Dr Finnis is a Chartered Psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). She is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and serves as a committee member of the BPS Division of Clinical Psychology’s Perinatal Faculty. She is also an accredited CBT therapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing on a range of evidence-based models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Systemic Therapy.
She offers both face-to-face and video consultations, and is registered with BUPA for private insurance patients.
Midwives
Ms. Samantha Coughlan
With over 20 years of midwifery experience, Sam brings a depth of knowledge and wisdom that is immediately reassuring to every woman and family she supports. Her long-standing career has spanned a range of settings — from home births to hospital care — and this wealth of hands-on experience shines through in every interaction.
Sam doesn’t just provide care; she provides confidence. Her ability to calmly navigate complex situations, while always keeping the woman at the centre, is the mark of a truly seasoned professional. She combines the best of evidence-based practice with a compassionate, personalised approach that honours each woman’s choices, values, and voice.

Ms. Rochelle Jack
Rochelle is a fully qualified, NMC-registered midwife with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Midwifery and over 12 years of experience supporting women and families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period.
She has worked across multiple NHS trusts, gaining extensive experience in both low-risk and complex maternity settings. This breadth of clinical exposure has shaped her into a confident, compassionate, and adaptable practitioner with a deep understanding of each woman’s unique journey through motherhood.
Rochelle offers personalised, holistic maternity care with a calm and reassuring presence—ensuring that women feel informed, empowered, and genuinely supported at every stage. She works in close collaboration with the Consultant Gynaecologist to deliver a seamless private maternity service, combining expert medical oversight with nurturing midwifery support.
